A selection of projects and collaborations, outlining my role, contributions, and results.

X-Plane Gateway

The first time I began scenery development was as a small-time hobby in my free time, editing some of my favourite airports for the X-Plane Scenery gateway. This was where my interest and experience began, after being an avid flight simmer for some years I decided to branch out into the world of SDK.

Role: ground layouts, environment design, 3D objects, optimisation

An incredibly helpful learning experience, learning the importance of attention to detail and performance.

HD4XP

After gaining experience through online learning, friends and other developers, I decided to make the bold move of creating my own scenery solo under the studio name "HD4XP", working on projects such as Pisa Intl. and a small GA airfield in the UK. These airports still remain "in progress" and may feature in a future collaboration/release.

Role: 3D modelling, texturing, ground layouts, vegetation, environment design, optimisation

An intoduction to the business & marketing side of scenery development, skills were gained here that have helped me a great deal.

Boundless Simulations

In 2021, I began working for a scenery development studio, Boundless simulations, and remained with them through to early 2024. With my time at Boundless, I created three released projects, and contributed to the popular Dublin scenery. Sadly, Boundless closed doors in late 2024.

Mango Studios

I began a collaboration with Mango Studios in May 2026, working on updated versions of some original scenery projects that I had previously created and released under another studio. With a few projects in the pipeline, this looks to be an amazing collaboration and an opportunity to work on some exciting things together.

Skydom Digital Solutions

I was hired by the team at Skydom Digital Solutions for tasks including ortho sourcing, enhancement, colour/shadow correction - and artifact removal.

I was hired by an up and coming scenery studio, LimaNovember, working on a high fidelity version of Alesund Vigra Airport in Norway, including the modelling & custom mesh of the entire surrouding island.
